You will need:

- 500 grams of premium flour;

- 250 milliliters of fresh milk;

- one egg;

- two teaspoons of dried yeast;

- a teaspoon of salt;

- two tablespoons of sugar;

- Six to seven tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Knead the dough first. Pour the flour into a deep wide bowl, after having sifted it, make a small depression in the flour and pour the milk warmed up to 40-45 degrees into it.

Pour the yeast into the milk in a thin stream (it is necessary that they are completely dispersed), also add salt and sugar to the milk.

Wait about a minute (let the yeast disperse properly), then add the egg, butter and begin to knead the dough with a spoon.

As soon as it becomes difficult to stir the dough with a spoon, pour a small amount of flour on the work surface and lay the dough on it. Knead the mass until it stops sticking to your hands. It is worth noting that at this stage - the main thing is not to “beat” the dough, since when baking it will turn out to be tasteless.

From the finished dough, without waiting until it “rises”, form “sausages” about a centimeter wide and about 10 centimeters long.

Clean the sausages from the film and carefully wrap each one in the dough (you need to wind the dough on the sausages in a spiral).

Lubricate the bottom of the multicooker bowl with oil (any oil can be used) and place the sausages in the bowl in one layer. If possible, try so that the sausages do not touch each other, as during cooking the dough will increase in size.

Put the bowl in the slow cooker, close the lid of the kitchen appliance and set the "baking" mode for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, turn over the sausages and leave to cook.

Put the prepared sausages in the dough into a dish and let it cool slightly. The dish is ready, it can be served to the table.
