Instruction manual

1

Stewed grapes (method 1). Choose grapes with dense large berries, it is advisable to take Senso, Karabur-well or Crimean black grapes. Rinse the berries thoroughly, carefully divide the brush into small parts and put in jars. Pour 25% sugar syrup. Add citric acid to acidify, close the jars with syrup lids, sterilize.

2

Stewed grapes (method 2). Place the washed clusters or the separated berries in jars. Pour boiling syrup over the edges. After 5-6 minutes, drain the syrup, bring to a boil again and pour the grapes a second time so that the syrup spills slightly over the edges. Seal the jars immediately and turn them upside down for a day.

3

Stewed grapes (method 3). Rinse the grapes, carefully remove from the stalks, put in jars. Boil a little water with sugar and cool. Pour the berries with chilled syrup. Put a slice of lemon on top. Sterilize for 10 minutes or pasteurize for half an hour at a temperature of 80 degrees. Cork jars and refrigerate.

4

Stewed grapes with spices and honey. Rinse the large grapes, remove the berries from the stalks and put them in jars. Boil honey, cloves, vinegar and cinnamon well, removing the resulting foam. Pour the grapes with hot honey syrup, close the jars tightly, wrap them in a blanket and leave to cool completely.

5

Stewed grapes with apples. Wash the apples, cut them into four parts and remove the core. Cut the fruit into slices, sprinkle them with lemon juice. Rinse the grapes with water, separate the berries from the brushes. Flour the grapes in boiling water for 2–3 minutes. Then put it in a colander and pour it over with cold water.

6

Put apples and grapes in jars in half volume. Cook and strain the sugar syrup. Pour it on the banks to the brim, leave for 5 minutes. Drain the syrup, bring to a boil and fill it with the contents of the cans again. A small amount of syrup should spill over the edges of the cans. Close the container, turn it over and leave it to cool.
