How to cook samosas

In a bowl, put a glass of flour, salt and pour water. Stir and smooth the dough. Add vegetable oil. Next, add the remaining 3 cups of flour.

Knead the dough until smooth. It should not be very cool, elastic. Wrap the dough in a film and let it rest for 30-40 minutes.

Cut apples and orange into small cubes with peel. Put the pan on the fire, add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the spices. Add fruit and sugar.

Stew the filling until the sugar dissolves and the liquid evaporates. Then add candied fruit and raisins. Cool the filling.

Roll out the dough in the form of sausages, cut into identical cakes and roll them in the form of an oval. Then cut the cake in half and make an envelope (bag). Put the filling and close the "pigtail".

Fry the samosas in oil until golden brown on both sides or bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Sprinkle the finished samosa with powdered sugar.

• hard cheese (without rennet) 100-150 gr.

• turmeric 1 tsp

• any spices (optional)

• frying oil

How to cook pancakes

Wash the vegetables and peel. Then remove the seeds from the zucchini.

Grate potatoes and zucchini on a coarse grater and mix. Add salt and let stand for 10 minutes to make the juice stand out and squeeze it. Add pepper, turmeric, spices, grated cheese and flour. Place the fritters with a spoon in a pan with heated oil and fry on both sides. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
