You will need

  • For meatballs:
  • - 30 ml of olive oil;

  • - 1 onion;

  • - 450 g of pork and ground beef;

  • - 50 g of breadcrumbs of the Panko type;

  • - 2 yolks;

  • - a pinch of ground allspice;

  • - a pinch of nutmeg;

  • - salt and pepper to taste.
  • For gravy:
  • - 60 g of butter;

  • - 40 g of flour;

  • - 1 liter of beef broth;

  • - 180 ml sour cream;

  • - salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Additionally:
  • - 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley.

Finely chop the onion and fry over medium heat in a pan with half olive oil (15 ml) for 2-3 minutes. We remove to the side. In the bowl, mix the pork and ground beef, add the breadcrumbs, yolks, fried onions, allspice and nutmeg. Salt and pepper to taste.

We form small meatballs from minced meat and fry them in the remaining olive oil (15 ml). Meatballs should be browned on each side.

We shift the meatballs onto a plate, proceed to the thick gravy. Melt the butter in a pan, pour in the flour and mix quickly.

Pour the beef broth, mix for 2 minutes to thicken the sauce.

Add sour cream, pepper and salt to taste. Spread the meatballs in the pan and simmer them in the gravy for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve the finished dish immediately, sprinkled with parsley.
