The dough will be slightly sticky, so send it to the freezer for 30 minutes. At this time, preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and prepare a sheet of baking paper to fit the baking sheet.

Roll the frozen dough into a small layer directly on a sheet of baking paper, transfer to a baking sheet and send for about 20 minutes to the oven. Check readiness with a toothpick - it should not come out of the product wet!

Remove the ice cream from the refrigerator so that it melts slightly. When the base cookie is ready and completely cooled, cut it into 2 parts. Cover the first with ice cream and cover the second. Put in the freezer for half an hour, and then cut into portions with a bread knife.
