  • - honey - 2 tsp;

  • - chervil greens - 20 g;

  • - vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.;

  • - soft cream cheese - 100 g;

  • - sour cream 15% - 1 tbsp. l.;

  • - lemon - 1 pc.;

  • - sweet red pepper - 1 pc.;

  • - salt - a pinch.

Cooking marinade. Wash the lemon with water, remove a thin layer (1 teaspoon), squeeze the juice from the pulp (1 tablespoon). Finely chop the chervil. Combine vegetable oil, honey, zest and lemon juice, chopped chervil (1 teaspoon). Shuffle. The marinade is ready.

Wash zucchini thoroughly, dry, cut along thin plates (2-3 mm thick). For sweet pepper, remove the stalk and seeds, cut into long sticks. Put zucchini and pepper in a ceramic bowl, pour vegetables with prepared marinade, refrigerate for 1 hour. Stir vegetables periodically.

In soft cheese, add the remaining greens, lemon juice (1 tablespoon) and sour cream, salt. Whisk the mixture until a smooth cream is obtained.

Dry the pickled vegetables a little, grease the zucchini plate with cheese cream, put a pepper stick on the edge of the theft plate, roll the rolls. Fasten the rolls with skewers. The dish is ready.

Useful advice

You can fix the skewer with the help of olives. Chervil can be replaced with parsley.
