Mix the melted butter in a bowl with sugar and whisk. As a result, you should have a fairly magnificent mass.

Combine wheat and rice flour. Add a teaspoon of ginger to the dry mixture and put in a creamy sugar mass. Mix everything as it should, that is, until smooth. Roll the resulting dough into a ball and place in the refrigerator. There it must be at least 20 minutes.

When this period of time has passed, remove the dough and turn it into a layer with a thickness of 0.5 centimeters.

Cut out various figures from the rolled layer, only their number must certainly be even. Cut a hole in the center of each such figure. This is conveniently done using a simple plastic bottle cap.

Cover the baking tray with parchment and place the figures from the dough on it. Bake them in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes, that is, until fully cooked.

Remove the finished baked goods from the oven and allow it to cool. Once this happens, put a piece of marshmallows on half the cookies. In this form, send the dish back to the oven, but only for 1-2 minutes.
