Pour water into a wide pot or metal bowl and bring the water to a boil. In the water, put another saucepan, a smaller one, in which put the chopped herbs, poured with 1 cup of boiling water. Close the saucepan tightly with a lid. In such a water bath, hold the broth for 10-15 minutes. Then set aside the pan in which the parsley broth was prepared to the side and let cool to room temperature. Such a decoction has different uses. In some cases, when you need to take it inside for medicinal purposes, it is possible to dilute it a little, since in a water bath it turns out to be a little more concentrated. For external use, for example, for cosmetic purposes, this concentration is well suited.

Prepare the remaining washed parsley in order to subsequently make a new decoction. Finely chop fresh parsley. For. So that it is stored for a long time and does not decay, it must be dried. Take a blank sheet of paper and spread the cut grass on it with an even, fairly thin layer. Parsley will be dried on this sheet. Put it in a dry, dark place. Often, housewives dry herbs by spreading the sheet in the refrigerator or kitchen cabinets. Considering, of course, that they do not get children from the working stove. While the parsley is dried, it is necessary to stir and turn it from time to time so that all the grass is well dried out. When it becomes completely dry and brittle, you can put it in a glass jar with a lid. It is better if the lid is also glass or metal twist.

5

From such dried parsley, you can again prepare a decoction when needed. Take two tablespoons of raw materials in a glass of boiling water, and, having insisted, a decoction of parsley can help you in many situations.
