Cooking fritters in milk

To make lush pancakes without yeast, take:

- milk - 400 ml;

- wheat flour - 300 ml;

- chicken egg - 2 pcs.;

- sugar - 30-60 g;

- slaked soda - 0.5 tsp;

- salt - to taste;

- vegetable oil.

First mix the eggs with sugar and salt and beat thoroughly. Then add milk, soda and flour. Mix everything and cover the dough with a napkin. After half an hour, mix everything again. The dough is ready. Fry the pancakes over medium heat, preheating the vegetable oil in a pan. Ready fritters can be served with sour cream or with sweet sauce - jam, jam, condensed milk.

Lush pancakes in milk can also be prepared using yeast. To do this, take the following:

- flour - 500 g;

- dry yeast - 2 tsp;

- milk - 450 ml;

- chicken egg - 2 pcs.;

- vanilla sugar - 20 g;

- sugar - 2 tbsp;

- salt - 0.5 tsp;

- vegetable oil for the test - 2 tbsp.

- vegetable oil for frying.

To prepare the dough, two teaspoons of dry yeast can be replaced with 20 grams of fresh yeast.

First you need to cook the dough. Heat the milk (it should be warm, but not hot), add sugar, a glass of flour and leave the dough for half an hour. During this time, the dough should rise. While the dough rises, beat the eggs with a whisk. Then add them to the dough, pour the remaining flour, vanilla sugar, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and a little salt there. Mix everything thoroughly and leave for half an hour.

To make the dough more fluffy, it is recommended to sift the flour before mixing with other ingredients.

The fritters are fried over medium heat, rise significantly during frying, so it is better to place portions of dough in a skillet with small intervals. As a result, you get about 20 delicious fritters.
