  • - 100 g of hard cheese;

  • - 150 g breadcrumbs;

  • - 2 tbsp. l cornmeal;

  • - 2 eggs;

  • - vegetable oil;

Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Add the egg and salt to the potato mass, mix. Pour in flour and knead potato dough.
