- Syrup:
- - sugar - 50 g;
- - cinnamon - 1 stick;
- - star anise star - 2 pcs;
- - water - 100 ml;

- - butter - 75 g;
- - icing sugar - 75 g;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
- - egg - 1 pc;
- - almonds - 75 g;
- - flour - 1 tablespoon;
- - Amaretto liquor - 2 teaspoons.

Put the puff pastry on a work surface and roll it so that it fits into a baking dish with an overlap of about 5 centimeters. Carefully cut off the remains with a knife and make a braid out of them.

In order to prepare syrup for the future pear cake, combine the following ingredients in a free pan: granulated sugar, cinnamon stick, water, lemon juice and star anise. Place the mass on the stove over low heat. When it boils, add fire to a strong. Cook for 10 minutes. Cool.

Rinse the pears thoroughly, and then chop into thin slices. Pour them with the obtained syrup. While the fruit is in this mixture, shake them. Thus, they are better saturated.

Grind the almonds with a blender, and then combine it with whipped mass of powdered sugar and butter, as well as flour, vanilla sugar, egg and liquor. Mix everything thoroughly. Thus, you have a filling for the pie, which in its consistency resembles thick sour cream.

Put the resulting nut fill, evenly distributed over the entire surface, in a baking dish. Then place chopped pears soaked in syrup and a braid of dough on it.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees and send the dish into it for about 35-40 minutes. Cool the finished baking, remove from the mold and decorate with icing sugar. Almond pear pie is ready!
