Instruction manual

1

Porcini mushrooms, saffron mushrooms, champignons and raincoats do not need to be boiled before cooking. Clean them, wash and rinse with boiling water. Wait for the water to drain. Cut them into slices and salt.

2

Preheat the pan, pour a little vegetable oil into it. Lay out the mushrooms. Fry them over medium heat for about fifteen minutes, stirring constantly. After this, add flour, pour the contents of the pan with sour cream and bring to a boil.

3

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Pour the contents of the pan with it so that the cheese covers the entire surface. Bake the mushrooms until a crust of molten cheese forms. Finely chop the greens and sprinkle your dish. After that, it can be served on the table.

4

Other mushrooms can also be baked with cheese and sour cream. True, scalding with boiling water will not be enough. Boil spongy mushrooms for 10 minutes, plate mushrooms - 20 minutes. Do not forget to remove the foam. After boiling, rinse the mushrooms with running water, and then do everything according to the recipe.

5

You can do without cheese. Peel and rinse the mushrooms, boil if necessary. Cut into slices.

6

Chop the onion finely. Fry the onion until golden brown. Put mushrooms in a pan, salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until all the water from the pan evaporates.

7

Pour the mushrooms with sour cream, add a little red pepper and bring the dish to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat. Such mushrooms can be served, for example, with mashed potatoes.

8

Mushrooms can be fried along with potatoes. For 1 kg of mushrooms, take 0.5 kg of potatoes. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes. Prepare the mushrooms in the same way as in the first two cases. Start frying potatoes and bring them to a half-ready state. Put the mushrooms on top. Fry until tender, then add finely chopped and fried onions, flour. Pour all this with sour cream, bring to a boil and fry for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle the dish with finely chopped herbs.

9

Collect only those mushrooms that you know well. If you eat conditionally edible mushrooms, boil them longer - about half an hour.
