Clean and gently gut the fish so as not to touch the gallbladder. Rinse it under running water and dry it slightly on a napkin.

Rub with coarse sea salt and pepper. In the abdomen, put the sliced cherry tomatoes and a sprig of dill.

Put in a refractory dish with the remaining cherry tomatoes, cut in half. Pour plenty of lemon juice and sprinkle with a few drops of olive oil.

Place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for no more than 15 minutes. Serve the sea bream with baked tomatoes, fresh dill and lemon slices. As a side dish, you can offer boiled rice or asparagus.
