You will need: 100 g flour, 2 eggs, 125-250 ml of mineral soda, salt, 400 zucchini, 1 onion, a clove of garlic, 125 ml of vegetable broth, a bunch of thyme, 4 tbsp. l cream, 2 tbsp. l butter.

First we make a batter consisting of flour, 1 egg, 1 yolk and mineral water. In salt, add tightly, cover and leave to reach.

Zucchini wash, dry, peel and finely chop. Onion is also finely chopped. Peel and chop the garlic.

Bring the broth to a boil, add onion, garlic and zucchini to it, close the lid and leave to cook for 10 minutes.

Beat the remaining protein with salt and add to the pancake dough. Thyme thoroughly washed, let dry and finely chop.

Open the lid and evaporate the water until it remains quite a bit. Add cream and thyme to the pan, pepper, salt, cover and remove from the stove.

We heat the pan and fry the pancakes on it from two sides to a golden crust. Fill pancakes with vegetables, fold in half and serve hot to the table.
