First of all, you need to warm the oven to 175 degrees. While the oven is warming up, let's do the test. To do this, mix 350 g of flour, soft butter and 100 g of sugar. Mix with a mixer at low speed and spread evenly in a glass form (preferably 32 x 22 cm in size). We put the form with the test for 15 minutes in a preheated oven.

While the dough is baking, take the remaining flour, sugar and pour them into the mixer bowl. Then add the eggs and pour the juice of two lemons. Beat thoroughly with a mixer at medium speed. We take out the form from the oven and pour in the resulting dough. Put in the oven again for another 20 minutes.
