Stew with vegetables is a very tasty and hearty dish that is easy to prepare. To give the meat an unusual taste, you can use light beer instead of water.

You will need

  • - 1 kg of beef (pork);

  • - 3-4 medium-sized tomatoes;

  • - 450 g of fresh champignons;

  • - 1 bell pepper;

  • - onion;

  • - 1 liter of any light beer;

  • - olive oil;

  • - ground coriander.

  • - salt and pepper to taste.

The meat must be washed, cut into pieces about 2 by 2 centimeters in size and transferred to a thick-walled pan intended for the oven.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, add to the meat. Pour the meat with tomato beer - it should completely cover the contents of the pan. We close the pan with a lid and send it to the preheated oven (175C) for 1.5 hours.

While the meat is stewed, cook the remaining ingredients. Cut the onion with feathers, champignons with plastics, and pepper into strips. On medium heat, fry the onion in a small amount of oil until translucent.

Add champignons to the onion, fry until moisture evaporates from the mushrooms. Add pepper to the pan, fry all ingredients for 2-3 minutes.

After 1.5 hours, remove the meat from the oven, add vegetables, salt, pepper and season it with ground coriander. We send the meat and vegetables to the oven for another 30 minutes.
