Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, add to the meat. Pour the meat with tomato beer - it should completely cover the contents of the pan. We close the pan with a lid and send it to the preheated oven (175C) for 1.5 hours.

While the meat is stewed, cook the remaining ingredients. Cut the onion with feathers, champignons with plastics, and pepper into strips. On medium heat, fry the onion in a small amount of oil until translucent.
