    • flour 1.5 cups;

    • milk ½ cup;
    • soda ¼ teaspoon;
    • hot water ¼ cup;
    • vanillin or vanilla essence;
    • chocolate 100 g

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease a baking dish with butter or vegetable oil. Lay out the bottom and walls of the mold with oiled paper. Mix flour and cocoa together. Sift these ingredients.

In a small bowl, whisk the butter and icing sugar until an air cream is formed. The mass should increase approximately twice, and the sugar crystals completely dissolve.

Add the egg to the mass, beat well. Pour in vanilla essence, mix.

Transfer the whipped mass to a large container. Introduce gradually sifted flour and cocoa, alternate with milk. Stir with a metal spoon.

Check readiness with a sharp knife. Stick it in the middle of the cupcake. If after you take out the knife, there will be no traces of dough on it - the cupcake is ready.
