- Dorada - 1 pc.;
- Parsley;
- Salt - 500 g;
- Egg white - 1 pc.
- For the sauce:
- Tomato - 1 pc;
- Sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
- Garlic - 2 large cloves;
- Almonds - a handful;
- Chili pepper - to taste;
- White wine vinegar - 2 tbsp.;
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

We wash the fish, clean the insides, and dab with a towel. We put parsley branches in the abdomen, you can slightly sprinkle with lemon juice.

Pour salt into a bowl and mix with protein. We spread half the salt on a slightly greased baking sheet, on top - the dorado, on it - another half of the salt. You can not sprinkle your head. We send for 30 minutes to the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
