Combine flour, butter, sugar and eggs in one bowl, then mix well. We need to knead the shortbread dough, then put the dough in the refrigerator for about 5-10 minutes, so that the butter in the dough slightly freezes.

Then we take the dough out of the refrigerator and divide it into two equal parts: knead one part with vanilla, and add cocoa to the other and knead well. After we spread the cling film on the table and roll out one piece of dough on it. With the other piece of dough we do the same. After the chocolate dough we spread on the vanilla and carefully remove the cling film. We roll up the resulting layer of dough into a roll and then send our dough into the freezer for 1 hour. After a while, we take out the dough, cut it into thin pieces and spread it on a baking sheet, which you need to cover with food paper.

We turn to the baking of our cookies. First you need to preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cookies are prepared quite quickly, within 20-25 minutes. The main thing is not to dry it, because then it will crumble a lot. It is necessary to check the readiness during baking with a wooden toothpick, as soon as the dough does not stick to it, you can get it. It is necessary to allow the liver to cool when it cools, becomes rosy and crispy. Optionally, top can be greased with boiled condensed milk, any cream.
