For the test:

- 70 dry biscuits;

- 30 g of skim milk;

- 1 tbsp butter;

- 2 tbsp honey.

For white mousse:

- 100 g of vegetable cream;

- 250 g of nonfat natural yogurt;

- 2 tbsp gelatin;

- 3 tablespoons sugar or as much honey.

For pink mousse, you need the same thing as for white, plus 120 g of fresh strawberries.

For strawberry mousse:

- 1 tbsp. l gelatin;

- 200 g of strawberries.

Cookies must be crushed into crumbs, add milk, warmed honey and butter, mix. Take a high shape with a diameter of 20 cm, line its surface with food cellophane, lay the cookie dough on the bottom, ramming it with an even layer. Put the mold in the freezer.

Proceed to the white mousse. Soak gelatin for 25 minutes first. Heat it to 70 ° C so that it dissolves. Whip the chilled cream. Pour sugar in them or put liquid honey, add yogurt, gently mix the mass. Pour in a slightly warm gelatin, mix. Remove the mold from the freezer, pour the mousse into it, remove it again.

Let the mousse freeze for 20 minutes, then cook the pink mousse. Do it like white, just before pouring gelatin, add strawberries, mashed in a blender. Pour gently onto the frozen white mousse, put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

After this time, start cooking strawberry mousse. Turn the berries into mashed potatoes, add pre-soaked and dissolved on the fire gelatin. Stir the mass. Pour the top of the cake with it, put it in the refrigerator for the night. In the morning, get a fruit cake, decorate it with strawberries, whipped cream if desired, sprinkle 30 g of grated black chocolate.
