- 3 large apples;

- 4 dried apricots;

- 3 prunes;

- 100 g of raisins;

- 1.5 tsp butter;

- a pinch of cinnamon;

- 3 tsp tablespoons of honey.

Wash the fruits, cut off the top of them, remove the core from the remaining part of the fruit with a spoon. You should have hollow apples with fairly strong walls.

Rinse the dried fruits thoroughly with cold water, then pour them warm and leave to swell for 15 minutes. After that, cut figs, dried apricots, prunes and the core of apples into small pieces, combine them in one cup, add raisins, cinnamon and mix well.

Fill apples with a mixture of dried fruits, put a little oil on top of each and a teaspoon of honey. Put the stuffed fruits on a greased baking sheet and bake them for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven to 200 ° C.

Dried Fruit Jam

From dried fruits aromatic jam with a rich rich taste is obtained, it can be prepared from the following ingredients:

- 400 g dried apricots;

- 400 g of prunes;

- 200 g of raisins;

- 150 g of sugar;

- 0.5 tbsp. grape juice;

- 0.5 tbsp. water;

- 3-4 cloves.

Wash dried fruits and leave them to swell for 2-3 hours in warm water. Then cut the dried apricots and prunes into pieces. Put dried fruits in a thick-walled pan, add sugar, cloves and water to them. Put the dried fruit to cook on medium heat, when the water boils, reduce it and cook the jam until the liquid evaporates.

Then pour grape juice into the pan and continue to cook dried fruits, stirring them constantly. Remove the thickened jam from the stove and place it on clean, dry jars, cover them with lids, and store in a dark, cool place.
