Peel the orange from the skin, remove the white film, cut the fruit into slices, fold it into a salad bowl. Cut the avocado into small cubes, add to the orange, add the chopped olives, finely chopped onions and basil. Make a salad dressing: mix white wine, olive oil, pepper, mustard, salt. Pour into a salad and mix.

Serve a salad of olives and avocados as a side dish for meat and fish dishes.

Make a salad with black olives and smoked chicken. Required: 200 g smoked chicken, 50 g feta cheese, 2 eggs, 1 banana, 2 kiwi, 1 orange, 15 pitted olives, salt, mayonnaise. Make the sauce: put the garlic through a press, mix with wine vinegar, pour in olive oil, add salt, thyme, basil and tarragon, mix thoroughly. Chop the potatoes. Cut the onions, bell pepper olives into rings, tomatoes and eggs into small slices. Tear lettuce leaves into small pieces with your hands. Lay the salad in layers:

1 layer - lettuce;

2 layer - beans;

3 layer - onion;

4 layer - pepper;

5 layer - tomatoes;

6 layer - shrimp;

7 layer - eggs;

8 layer - olives.

Fill the resulting mixture with dressing. If desired, the salad can be mixed.

Make a salad with olives and Chinese cabbage. Products: 1 forks of Chinese cabbage, ½ cans of canned olives, 200 g of cherry tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, salt, pepper, rast. oil.
