Hot snacks baked in cream or sour cream are called julienne. Chicken and mushroom julienne is interesting and very nutritious.

You will need
500 grams of chicken, 300 grams of mushrooms, 2 onions, 300 grams of hard cheese, 300 grams of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of flour, vegetable oil, salt and pepper - to taste.

Boil the chicken until tender (20-30 minutes).

Peel and finely chop the onions and mushrooms. Cut the cooled fillet too.

In a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the onions until transparent. Add mushrooms and fry for another 10-15 minutes, until all the water has boiled away all the water.

Add chicken fillet to the mushrooms and onions, salt, pepper, stir and turn off the heat.

In a dry large frying pan, fry the flour until golden brown and add sour cream. Salt, pepper and bring to a boil, stirring.

Transfer the contents of the first pan to a pan with sour cream. Shuffle and turn off the heat.

Arrange the resulting mixture in foil tins or in a baking sheet. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Bake julienne in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
