Squids go well with different vegetables, so this seafood often serves as the main ingredient in different salads. But you can also prepare second courses from squid, for example, frying them with vegetables and adding fragrant sour cream sauce.

You will need
- - a kilo of fresh squid;
- - 3 carrots, 3 onions;
- - 4 cloves;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of dill, vegetable oil;
- - black pepper.
- For sour cream sauce you need:
- - 5 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoon of flour;
- - sugar, salt for everybody.

Cut squids, rinse under cold water, cut, then fry for 3-4 minutes in vegetable oil.

Peel the carrots, grate. Peel onions, cut into thin half rings, then fry in oil along with carrots. Pour a little water into the pan to the vegetables, simmer until completely soft.

Put the soft vegetables on a baking sheet, add the fried squids, salt and pepper, and send the cloves for flavor. Mix well.

Prepare sour cream sauce: brown flour with butter, pour sour cream, add 5 tbsp. tablespoons of hot water, stir. Add salt and sugar to the sauce to taste. Boil the sauce on low heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.

Pour the contents of the baking sheet with the resulting sauce, put in a preheated oven (recommended temperature 180 degrees), cook for 15-20 minutes.

Pull out the finished dish, sprinkle with chopped dill. Serve hot. The dish is quite light, so it can serve as a side dish for meat dishes.
Useful advice
You can try another version of this dish, replacing sour cream sauce with tomato. To do this, in the process of preparing the sauce, add tomato paste instead of sour cream.
