- - fillet of sea bass 400 g
- - garlic 2 cloves
- - butter 2 tbsp. spoons
- - spinach 300 g
- - lemon juice 2 tbsp. spoons

- - grated nutmeg

Cut the fish into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Chop the garlic finely and spasserut in the butter, add the spinach, spices and nutmeg.

Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
