Put the veal cutlets in the baking dish, having previously greased them with mustard. Place a mixture of potatoes and smoked chicken breast on top. Add spices and aromatic roots to taste. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and chopped mushrooms. Bake cutlets in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
