- - 2 tbsp. spoons of gelatin
- - 3 pods of sweet green pepper

- - dried or fresh paprika

Separate each carp into a fillet, while leaving the skin, and carefully remove the bones and spine. Cut the fish into small pieces.

From the heads of the carps, cook the broth by adding chopped onions, paprika and a little salt. Once the mixture is ready, put in it pieces of carp and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Put the carp fillet on a separate plate, and strain the broth. Dissolve the gelatin in the fish broth and pour the meat of the carp. In a beautiful composition, lay the egg on the dish, sliced into rings, strips of sweet green pepper, slices of tomatoes and parsley.

You can supplement the aspic with slices of lemon or flowers from carrots. Put the dish in the refrigerator and serve on the table when it regains the consistency of jelly.
