Ingredients:

  • 400 g of pure water;

  • fresh raspberries - 150-200 g;

  • 1 tbsp of granulated sugar;

  • gelatin - 1 pack.

Cooking:

  1. Pour gelatin into a not very large container and pour it with warm or cold boiled water. Fluids should not be too much. The mixture is left to swell for approximately 40 minutes.

  2. It is necessary to thoroughly rinse and sort out the berries, removing all debris and rotten fruits. After you finish preparing raspberries, pour water into the pan and put it on fire.

  3. As soon as the liquid boils, it is necessary to pour sugar in it and mix everything thoroughly. After that, raspberries are sent there too. Water should boil over low heat for at least 10-15 minutes.

  4. Then you need to carefully, so as not to burn yourself, strain another hot broth. Next, swollen gelatin is taken and gradually intervenes in the resulting broth.

  5. The resulting mass is thoroughly mixed, and after the consistency becomes homogeneous, it will be possible to proceed to the final stage of preparation.

  6. Take prepared molds and pour in a decoction mixed with jelly. Then they are cleaned for 60-120 minutes in a cool place, a refrigerator is great for this purpose.

  7. After the jelly hardens, it can be gently pulled out of the mold, shifting to a plate. As a decoration, you can use fresh raspberries, as well as mint leaves.

Jelly can be prepared not only from fresh berries, raspberry jam, freshly frozen berries and even natural juice are also suitable. To improve the taste of jelly, lemon or orange peel, drinks such as wines and liquors are often added to it.
