Cut the meat into small portions. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, a glass of flour and milk. Mix all ingredients thoroughly or whisk with a mixer. You should have a batter.

Rub each piece of meat with black pepper and a little salt. Dip the blanks in the prepared dough. If desired, you can additionally breaded cutlets in breadcrumbs. Fry the meat on one side with vegetable oil.

Grate the carrots on a fine grater, chop the mushrooms. Sauté the ingredients until cooked. Put the patties in a baking dish, place the mushroom mixture on top. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes. Before serving, you can sprinkle the cutlets with a little grated cheese and garnish with lettuce.
