Chop the pork in portions, like chops, beat, sprinkle with salt, pepper, pour lemon juice, add olive oil, pour vermouth and leave it in a cool place for four hours (best done overnight) so that the meat is marinated.

Put a layer of meat on a greased baking sheet, grease it with mayonnaise, put onion sliced rings and pepper on top, and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
