  • - 300 g of tomatoes;

  • - 150 g of hard cheese;

  • - 200 g of low-fat sour cream;

  • - 100 g of feta cheese;

  • - 3 cloves of garlic;

  • - 1 tsp turmeric

  • - Salt to taste;

  • - vegetable oil.

Wash the eggplants, cut them into circles (about 1 cm thick), salt a little and leave. Mushrooms cut into medium pieces. Chop the garlic, mix with sour cream. Cut greens, mix everything thoroughly.
