  • 1 kg of beef meat;

  • 250 g sour cream;

  • 1 tablespoon of dried paprika;

  • 3 peas of allspice;

  • Wheat flour;

  • 1 large onion;

  • 120 g of hard cheese;

  • sunflower oil (preferably odorless);

  • 1 bunch of dill.

Cooking:

  1. First you need to prepare beef. To do this, it is thoroughly washed and cut into large pieces. Then the meat is put in a saucepan and poured with clean water. Send the pan to the red-hot stove, after having put the parsley and peas in it.

  2. After the water boils, you should reduce the heat and remove the resulting foam. Meat should be cooked 90–100 minutes after boiling.

  3. Peel the onion and use a sharp knife to cut it into small cubes. Then the onion should be poured into a preheated pan, in which sunflower oil is poured. Fry until it becomes transparent.

  4. Then pour flour into a skillet and mix well. Next, pour 200 g of meat broth. Reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer the mixture for 10 minutes with systematic stirring.

  5. Then pour sour cream into the pan and pour the cheese chopped with a grater. Mix everything thoroughly and simmer for 5 minutes.

  6. Beef should be cut into small pieces. Prepared meat must be laid out in a uniform layer in a baking dish and salt. After that, it is poured with ready-made hot and very fragrant cheese sauce.

  7. The baking dish should be placed in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. The dish should be baked for 25–35 minutes.

  8. Ready beef should be sprinkled with thoroughly washed and finely chopped dill, as well as paprika. You can serve the dish with absolutely any side dishes, and it will be especially tasty along with fresh vegetables.
