  • olive oil - 5 tbsp.,

  • canned artichokes - 400 g,

  • salt and pepper to taste.

Rinse all vegetables in running water, dry slightly. Grate carrots, cut mushrooms and tomato into thin slices. Pepper sweet peel of partitions and seeds, cut into straws. Free the garlic from the husk, crush, then finely chop.

Pour the carrots with boiling water, leave for 40 seconds, then drain the water. Squeeze 1 tablespoon of juice from a lemon, pour carrot over it.
