Boil 6 eggs, cool, peel, cut into halves, carefully remove the yolk. Boil lentils, cool.

Using a blender, mix lentils, garlic, boiled yolks, salt, pepper (a small amount of walnuts can also be used instead of garlic).

Fill the egg halves with the prepared mixture without a slide.

Finely grate cheese in a separate deep plate, add breadcrumbs.

Prepare separate containers with beaten egg (seventh) and flour.

In a deep ladle, heat the vegetable oil (about 3-4 centimeters from the bottom of the dishes).

Roll eggs with filling in the following order: flour - beaten egg - breading mixture with cheese. Gently fry in oil on all sides until golden brown. Put fried eggs on a paper towel.
