Next, the cake is folded in half, again greased with oil and rolled out. This procedure is repeated several times. It is important not to overdo it with oil, you need to lubricate the dough carefully. Otherwise, the oil will literally seep out.

The last time the dough is rolled out, giving it the shape of a small rectangle. After that, the dough is sent to the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours and the preparation of minced meat is started.

How to cook minced meat for samsa

Onions finely chopped, sprinkled with salt and squeezed until juice appears. Fresh parsley is chopped finely. Beef is cut into small pieces and passed through a meat grinder twice.

All ingredients are thoroughly kneaded, adding a little water, salt and black pepper. Stuffing should turn out quite juicy, but not liquid.
