  • - salt to taste;

Prepare the ingredients. Wash and peel the zucchini. Cut into circles about 0.5 cm thick.

Rinse the mushrooms and chop finely. For this dish, you can use any mushrooms: mushrooms, butterfish, traps, boletus, etc. If you use mushrooms that require heat treatment, then boil them first and then chop.

Peel the onions and chop finely. Wash the tomatoes, peel them and cut into small pieces.

Spread zucchini rings in flour and place in a pan with vegetable oil for frying. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
