Mix 1 cup flour with ¾ cup granulated sugar, add cocoa powder. Sugar can be taken a little less or more - depending on how sweet dessert you want to get.

Pour the mixture into kefir little by little, constantly stirring with a whisk. Knead a homogeneous semi-liquid mass without lumps. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave the dough at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.

You can bake cakes separately, dividing the dough into equal parts. We bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, checking the readiness of the biscuit with a wooden speck.

For the cream, mix the softened butter with boiled condensed milk and put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. You can add a little cocoa powder, then the cream will turn out with a chocolate flavor. For an even more dietary version of the cake, you can whip sour cream or cream with sugar or use condensed milk without butter.

Roast peanuts, peel and chop into medium sized pieces.

We take out the finished biscuit from the oven and allow it to cool slightly. Then cut into cakes. Grease cream cakes, top and sides of the cake. Sprinkle with roasted peanuts on top.
