  • - 1/2 teaspoon mustard;

  • - 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil;

  • - butter;

  • - salt;

  • - Fresh dill or parsley.

White mushroom peel and cut into slices. Take one onion. Finely chop one part of it and put into a frying pan. Keep in mind that the pan must first have a preheated mixture consisting of sunflower oil and butter. Fry everything, after the mushrooms with onions are ready, add salt, sour cream and bring everything to a boil.

Take small sized tomatoes. Wash them and cut into slices. Let the liquids drain - for this put the tomatoes on a sieve.

Cook the potatoes “in their skins”. After it is cooked, peel it and cut into small pieces. The potato should still be warm.

You have the second half of the bulb left. Cut it into cubes. Boil the eggs, peel them and finely chop them.

We form a salad. In one container we combine mushrooms, warm potatoes, eggs fried in sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard and tomatoes. Add salt and spices to taste. Mix everything thoroughly. You can decorate the finished salad with fresh dill or parsley. Serve warm.
