Banana and chocolate are one of the most delicious and popular combinations of products in dessert dishes. The easiest option is to dip the slices of fresh banana in melted chocolate. But if you want to try something more interesting, you can cook a delicious chocolate-banana cake.

To prepare the dough from which cakes will be baked, you will need:

- chicken egg - 3 pcs.;

- sugar - 150 g;

- flour - 200 g;

- cow's milk - 100 ml;

- butter - 90 g;

- salt - to taste;

- vanillin or vanilla sugar - to taste;

- instant coffee - 1 tsp

- baking powder dough - 0.75 tsp

First, rinse the eggs under running water, break them into a small bowl, add sugar and beat with a whisk or a mixer until a foam forms. Add vanillin and mix thoroughly.

Then take a small container, pour in pre-warmed warm milk. Dissolve coffee in it, add the mixture to beaten eggs. Pour in slightly warmed butter there. Top up the baking powder with the dough and beat thoroughly again. Then mix flour with cocoa in a large bowl, carefully sift the resulting mixture into a liquid base for the dough, remembering to mix periodically so that no lumps form.

Then you need to take a mold with a diameter of 20 cm and grease the bottom with butter (or lay the baking paper so that the cake easily leaves). Pour the dough into it and put the mold in the oven. Bake at a temperature of 170 ° C for 30-40 minutes (it all depends on the individual characteristics of your oven).

The first 20 minutes of cooking, it is better not to open the oven so that the biscuit does not fall, and then every 5 minutes you should check the cake for readiness using a match or a wooden stick. If you are preparing such a cake for the first time, be careful, because biscuits very often burn out and become stiff.

If the biscuit burned and became stale, do not be discouraged: soak it with your favorite syrup. The dough will again become soft and aromatic.

The cream will need the following ingredients:

- sour cream - 550 g;

- sugar - 4 tbsp.

To prepare the cream, you need to beat the sour cream with sugar until a thick lush foam is formed (you will have to beat for a long time).

The fatter the sour cream from which the cream is prepared, the more intense the taste of the cake will turn out.

For glaze, take the following products:

- sour cream - 2 tbsp.;

- sugar - 3 tbsp;

- cocoa powder - 2 tsp

Also, to make a cake, you need two large soft bananas.

To make the icing, in a small pan you need to mix sour cream, sugar, cocoa powder and put the mixture on low heat. Stir continuously, cook for 5-10 minutes until a uniform texture is obtained.

The cooled biscuit should be placed on a cutting board lined with baking paper. Using a sharp long knife, divide the biscuit into 3 cakes. Bananas need to be peeled and cut into thin circles.

A cake is formed as follows: the lower cake is smeared with cream, banana circles are laid out on top, then the second cake, which is also soaked in cream and layered with a banana. Grease the upper crust with cream, place any remaining banana circles (you can decorate with other fruits) and pour hot glaze. Send the finished cake to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours for soaking.
