What could be better on a hot summer day than enjoying cold ice cream. It is quite possible to make ice cream with any taste at home, using the simplest products that can be purchased at the nearest grocery store.

  • - 150 g of granulated sugar;

  • - 500 g of mandarin;

  • - 100 ml of water;

  • - 1 tbsp powdered sugar;

  • - to taste milk chocolate and syrup (tangerine).

Peeled tangerines first pass through a blender and then through a sieve.

Separate egg yolks from proteins. Wipe the yolks with granulated sugar, pour in cold water. Beat the resulting mixture with a mixer until lush foam.

Then pour this mixture into a saucepan and put on fire. When the yolks with sugar and water boil, boil the mixture for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream and powdered sugar until a dense consistency.

All prepared components of the future ice cream: whipped cream, a cooled mixture of yolks, sugar and water, mashed tangerines, mix in a separate container.

Send this mixture for 4 hours to the freezer, stirring with a whisk every hour.

After this time, distribute the frozen mass in the molds and leave in the freezer until completely frozen.
