  • - 1 bay leaf;

  • - dill;

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small slices. Put it in a pan, fill it with water and put on a strong fire. It is necessary to wait until the water boils, then reduce the heat and then cook under the lid until the potatoes are almost completely ready.

While the potatoes are boiling, peel the onion and cut it into several parts, not cutting to the end. Peel the carrots and rub it on a fine grater. When the potatoes are almost ready, add salt to taste to the broth and put the onions and carrots in the pan.

Add pieces of washed fish. The pieces should approximately correspond to the servings. Cover the pan with a lid and bring to a boil over high heat. After that, cook on a slow until potatoes and fish are completely ready. Remove the onion from the broth and discard it. Sprinkle semolina and stir continuously. Cook for one minute. Then add black peppercorns and bay leaf.
