You will need

  • For the biscuit layer:

  • - 1/2 cup wheat flour;

  • - 1/3 cup sugar;

  • - 4 eggs;

  • - 1 banana;

  • - a bag of vanilla sugar;

  • - 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

  • For the curd layer:

  • - 400 g of cottage cheese;

  • - 100 g of sugar;

  • - 1 egg;

  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of milk.

  • For glaze:

  • - 50 g of cottage cheese;

  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar;

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of milk.

Instruction manual

1

Beat cottage cheese with egg, sugar and milk. Pour the curd on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, flatten, set aside.

2

Take care of the sponge cake layer for a while. Separate the yolks from the whites, beat the yolks with plain and vanilla sugar. Pear the peeled banana with a blender, add to the yolks, add flour with baking powder for the dough, stir. Beat whites until sharp peaks form, gradually add to the dough, gently stirring. Put the resulting dough on the curd layer, carefully smooth. Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees.

3

Sprinkle the towel with icing sugar, turn the sponge cake with the curd part up, wrap the roll with the curd inside.

4

Now prepare the icing to grease the finished roll. To do this, mix the cottage cheese with powdered sugar and milk, beat with a blender. You can rub through a sieve if grains of cottage cheese remain. Lubricate the banana roll with the curd obtained glaze, make chocolate strips (for this it is enough to melt some dark chocolate in hot cream) or just sprinkle the roll with icing sugar.
