  • - minced pork and beef - 0.5 kg;

  • - green onions - 1 bunch (or onions - 2 pcs.);

  • - egg - 1 pc.;

  • - loaf - 2 pieces;

  • - milk - 100 ml;

  • - butter - 50 g;

  • - vegetable oil;

  • - black pepper;

  • - salt.

Turn on the oven, set the temperature to 200 degrees. Pour milk into a deep plate, dip slices of loaf into it.

Put the minced meat in the bowl and beat the chicken egg there.

Rinse green onions and chop finely, add to minced meat. If you have onions, you can skip it through a meat grinder.

Finely chop the pieces of the loaf into the minced meat along with the remaining milk. At the same time, you do not need to wring the baton. Add black pepper and salt to taste. Mix well.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Form flat round patties and lay them in a mold. Place a small piece of butter on each cutlet. Put the mold in the oven.

Fry the patties 30-40 minutes until a beautiful golden crust is formed. Serve them with mashed potatoes, pasta, pea porridge, corn or stewed vegetables, garnished with a leaf of fresh salad.
