Exotic Fruit Salad Recipe
Papaya is a frequent ingredient in fruit salads, in which exotic fruits are surprisingly harmoniously combined with spicy seasonings and spices. For the recipe for one of these cold savory dishes, you will need the following ingredients:
- papaya (2 small fruits);
- avocado (1 pc.);
- mango (1 pc);
- freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 tablespoons);
- olive oil (3 tablespoons);
- granulated sugar (1 teaspoon);
- chili (1 pod);
- Dijon mustard (1 teaspoon);
- table salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Rinse the fruit thoroughly, peel and pit, cut into slices. Sprinkle them with a small amount of freshly squeezed lemon juice so that the flesh does not darken. Peel the chili peppers and chop finely. For dressing, whisk citrus juice, refined olive oil, granulated sugar, mustard, salt and pepper (ground and chili) with a broom.
Put the salad in a serving dish, fill with the resulting dressing mixture and garnish with papaya seeds. There is a cold dish immediately after cooking.
