You will need:
1. chicken fillet - 500 grams;
2. garlic - 4 cloves;
3. yogurt - 4 tablespoons;
4. whole lemon;
5. green onion, butter, caraway seeds, fresh parsley, salt, red pepper, coriander - for everybody.
Getting down. Cut the chicken into small pieces, lightly sprinkle with lemon juice from half the fruit, leave it to soak for about half an hour.
Combine garlic (chop it), cumin, yogurt, pepper, coriander, salt, chopped green onions in one bowl. Mix everything well, add to the meat, put in the refrigerator for three hours.
