- - seasoning for carrots in Korean - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - black pepper, allspice - 0.5 tsp;
- - tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
- - vegetable oil - 0.5 tbsp.;
- - salt to taste;
- - vinegar - 2 tbsp. l

Chicken breast must be cooked and allowed to cool (this can be done in advance). Cut the chicken breast into fibers into pieces resembling straws. Cut the pepper into strips, it should be the same size as chicken, onion can be cut into half rings.

Next, prepare a dressing. Mix vegetable oil and vinegar thoroughly and put in a frying pan on a fire. Do not forget to stir, add seasoning for carrots in Korean, if necessary, salt and pepper.

Bring the resulting mixture to a boil. After boiling, add tomato paste and stir until it is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and pour chicken with vegetables. Before serving, the dish must be infused so that the chicken is soaked.
