You will need

  • - 900 ml of grape juice;

  • - 200 g of corn grits;

  • - 1 cup walnuts;

  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of coconut flakes.

Instruction manual

1

Grind the corn flour with a coffee grinder to a state of flour. Juice for dessert, of course, is better to take homemade, made from some dark grape varieties or a mixture of varieties. But you can also prepare a dessert with purchased grape juice if you do not want to squeeze the juice from the berries yourself.

2

In 450 ml of grape juice add cornmeal, mix. In the second half of the juice, add sugar, bring to a boil. Add the amount of sugar to your taste - it depends on the sweetness of your juice. Add a thin stream in boiling juice of corn flour diluted in cold juice. Boil the juice until thick, constantly stirring with a wooden spatula. It will take 10-12 minutes.

3

Pour some crushed walnuts into the silicone molds, put the hot grape mass on top. Pelamusha can be laid out in a glass or metal form, but soak these molds with water first. Put the grape dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to cool it well.

4

Before serving, put the Georgian dessert on plates, decorate with walnuts or something else at your discretion.
