You will need
- - cottage cheese - 250 grams;
- - chocolate - 100 grams;
- - sugar - 3 tablespoons;
- - fruits for filling (choose at your discretion).

Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Using a silicone brush, brush the chocolate molds. You don’t need to regret chocolate - let the layers turn out thicker! Put the tins in the freezer.

Cook the curd filling. Mix cottage cheese with sugar until smooth (use a blender).

Grind selected fruits (e.g. cherries and kiwi - a good combination).

Pull the molds out of the freezer, fill with the filling, alternately laying out the fruits and sweet cottage cheese. The filling should reach almost the edge of the mold. Pour chocolate on top, smooth it, put it in the freezer.

Then get a dessert (chocolate freezes very quickly), remove the cottage cheese in chocolate from the tins, proceed to a pleasant meal!
