  • - 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder;

  • - 120 g flour;

  • - 100 g of pre-frozen butter.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese and sugar. Drive eggs one at a time. Lubricate portioned molds with butter, put the curd mass in them.

For crumbs, grate the butter on a cold grater, quickly, with your fingertips, mix with flour, sugar, cocoa. Put on top on the curd.

Bake in a preheated oven from 20 (small portioned tins) to 40 minutes (large form). The finished casserole will tremble slightly, but then, cooling slightly, will harden. It is best served warm. Bon Appetit!
