Mix cottage cheese with vanilla and regular sugar, beat eggs, mix. Add softened butter, semolina, sour cream, baking powder. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Rinse nectarines or peaches, remove seeds from the fruit, cut into thin slices. Melt the sugar in a pan, add a small amount of butter. When it dissolves, add the nectarines to the pan, simmer them for 2-3 minutes over low heat, then remove from the stove, cool completely.

Cover the baking dish with parchment, put the slices of nectarines on the bottom, pour the curd dough on top, put in the oven. Cook the cottage cheese casserole with caramelized nectarines for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
